Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are normally shipped within 24-48 business hours after confirmation of payment. Business hours do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates for orders are as follows:

United States Orders (Including APO, FPO, DPO, & US Territories)

  • All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested and charged.
  • USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail will have Delivery Confirmation and up to $100.00 insurance coverage. These methods have limited tracking capabilities and no guarantees for delivery.
  • USPS Express Mail will have $100.00 insurance coverage and offers tracking details with delivery guarantees to most destinations.
  • All orders will be priced based on current USPS rates plus shipping materials and service fees, if applicable.

International Orders

  • Currently all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested and charged.
  • The First-Class Mail shipping option is available for select countries through the Site’s automated checkout system. If you do not get this shipping option, please contact us at sales@ofudaimports.com for estimated shipping.
  • The Priority Mail shipping option is only available for Canada through the Site’s automated checkout system.
  • USPS First-Class Mail will have up to $100.00 insurance coverage. This method has no official tracking capabilities or guarantees for delivery.
  • USPS Priority Mail will have up to $100.00 insurance coverage. This method has limited tracking capabilities and no guarantees for delivery.
  • USPS Express Mail will have $100.00 insurance coverage. This method offers tracking details with delivery guarantees to select destinations.
  • All orders will be priced based on current USPS rates plus shipping materials and service fees, if applicable.

All orders must be insured by the buyer, included in the postage price, for at least the total invoiced amount. If additional insurance is required, we will notify you with an updated shipping total.

Our method for calculating your shipping may be subject to change. Some changes may be the result of changes in shipping charges, restrictions, or special considerations in certain parts of the world, or limitations of the carrier’s service. If a change is required, you will receive an email from us to the email provided by you, with the reasons for the change and instructions for what to do to complete the order.

All customs paperwork will be filled out appropriately. Shipments will be marked “Merchandise” and declared values will match the purchase price and enclosed invoice.

Additional Fees for International Customers

Some countries may require additional custom fees or taxes for importing goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to take care of any additional fees that may be applied after the order leaves our warehouse. Please check with your local policies and laws on importing goods before you place an order.

Returns

All sales are considered final and non-returnable.

If there is any problem with your order, you must contact us within five (5) business days of receiving the order by using our website message system. This can be found on your “My Account” page and select “View Messages.” Your business is important to us; however we reserve the right to evaluate all problems reported on a case by case basis.

Changes to our Shipping and Return Policies

If we make any changes to our shipping and return policies we will update the Shipping and Return Policies modification date below.
